Why was my withdrawal request declined?

We take pride in the efficiency of our fund execution and withdrawal processes. However, sometimes minor issues can arise. In the case that a withdrawal request is declined, please check your registered email account for notification.


Possible causes of withdrawal problems include the following:


Issue: You tried to withdraw to a third-party account.
Solution: Please withdraw to the bank account or another payment method that belongs to you.


Issue: The bank details provided were incorrect.
Solution: Please try again and check the accuracy of the data you entered.


Issue: You requested a withdrawal in a currency different from your bank’s country currency (e.g., USD to a French bank).

Solution: While our Finance department tries to check the correctness of the currency for requested withdrawal, unfortunately, we are not always able to reach you and therefore, your withdrawal might be declined directly. Please create a withdrawal in currency more relevant for your bank country.
