Made a Deposit, Still Waiting?

Modified on Mon, 18 Aug at 2:40 PM

If your deposit isn’t showing on your trading account or wallet, don’t worry — there are a few steps you can take to resolve this.

1. First, we recommend checking the status of your deposit in this article: What step is my deposit on? It explains what each status means and what to do next.

2. If your deposit status is Сompleted, but the funds are still not visible on your trading account, please check your Wallet instead.

If you've deposited your money into your Wallet, you can transfer it to your trading account in your Dashboard by following these steps:

  • Go to Manage Funds → click Transfer.
  • In the From field, select your wallet number.
  • In the To field, select your live trading account number.
  • Enter the amount you want to transfer and click Confirm.

3. Check the standard processing times:

  • Credit card and e-wallet deposits are usually instant.
  • The maximum processing time for a bank transfer is 1-3 days on the Bank side.
  • Deposits are transferred to the client’s trading account or wallet within one business day between the hours of 09:00-18:00 EET once the amount is reflected in our bank account.

4. Other reasons for delay

  • Missing wallet or account numberIf your Bank deposit was made without specifying your wallet or trading account number, this can result in delays, as the payment may need to be matched manually.
  • We do not accept third-party payments.

All deposits must originate from an account held in your name. Transfers made by third parties (including friends or family) will be rejected. Proof of payment may be requested to verify ownership.

  • Name mismatch detected.

If the name on your payment method does not match the name on your account, a manual review will be required. This may delay the processing of your deposit, and payment proof may be requested.

  • Currency mismatch or incorrect details. Sending funds in a different currency or entering incorrect recipient information (IBAN, reference, etc.) may delay the process or result in a failed deposit.
  • Bank/provider delays. Even if the transaction is marked as sent on your side, it may still be in transit due to processing delays at the sending bank or payment provider.

5. What to do

  • Double-check your transaction history on your Bank side,
  • Ensure you inserted all required details and your correct name,
  • Check your email inbox and your spam folder,
  • Make sure the processing time for your method has passed,
  • To speed up the investigation, attach a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
